I stumbled upon the materials of loofah unexpectedly, which then became my primary material.
My inspiration came from walking on grassless and muddy ground during hiking trips, which often dirtied my shoes.Hence, I aimed to design shoes that users could easily make, remove, degrade, and sow seeds in. I found the material called loofah, also known as "land sponge," which naturally stores seeds. It is porous, lightweight, durable, and shock-absorbent, making it an excellent material for shoe pro-duction. This discovery prompted me to explore the fusion of loofah and footwear.
